I am confused with this. Was the Passport meant to fill the gap between the CRV and Pilot? The price surely doesn't say so. I was expecting it to be around $28k and more efficient (smaller size). Yet it's none of that.

Are there mechanical difference? More aggressive tuning? Hmm...

Aside from wanting a smaller vehicle, it's hard to justify this over the Pilot IMO.

I would have to check the feature list to compare...but still think it would've been better to have a lower starting price.

Yea, and that's a steep destination charge too. And very disappointed with the mileage too. Jeff said it's 98% the size of pilot, so that's too big for me. I know these suvs are not direct competition to the passport, but I did a quick search and you can get a X3 or Svelta for about $38K too.

I'm still also confused by the lack of EX trim. It's a big jump from the sport to the EX-L, and you can't get a lot of features like CarPlay unless you're in the EX-L.

Looks to me like it's cheaper than the Pilot. Those wheels kill mileage, so does raising the suspension.

If you want mileage, go with a Hybrid MDX.
