A Glimpse at the 2009 RL Refresh?

I'm not sure where this originated but it was sent to me anonymously as the "2009 RL". Given what we've heard about the revisions, this looks like it could be legitimate. I guess we'll know for sure in a little more than 24 hours.
UPDATE: Apparently somebody posted this in the forums back in December. I even participated in the thread but I never noticed the image itself, so apparently this isn't all that new, but since I managed to overlook the image, I'm sure others missed it as well.
UPDATE #2: After close inspection by TOV art director Neal McDaniel, he has determined that is is NOT a genuine '09 photo but rather an '08 media photo retouched to appear new. Citing a perfect match in shade and lighting as well as the reverse lighting moving directly to the top of the lamp housing. There now appears to be lighting redundancy with the added reverse lighting above the rear plate chrome strip!
