We're finally here at SEMA, Project Si is in position, and the show floor, messy as it may be, is slowly coalescing into the slick package we're accustomed to seeing.
With Honda as the featured marque of the show, there are plenty of H and A badged cars around, but by far the Civic Si and Ridgeline are the most prevalent at this point. We've seen mods from mild to wild on both models, with some particularly impressive Ridgelines.
Our Project Si is in the milder half, but we think we have the best wheel and tire package (thanks Tire Rack), and we are definitely in the minority sticking with a naturally aspirated package. Most of the other Civics in the show have an intercooler stuffed into the front grill, although we suspect that most of them probably don't run under boost yet (except for probably the Greddy and AEM cars) given the shortage of engine management solutions at this point. Several cars are sporting some interesting paint jobs. We'll let you decide what you like and don't like, but we felt that the Civics done by the audio companies have of the best looking paint schemes.
Check out a few pre-show pics and enjoy!
